I hope this newsletter finds you healthy, with trees sparkling, presents already wrapped and the glorious scent of cookies baking in the oven. I haven't gotten to the cookies yet myself, (can't wait to make the snowballs) but the decorating is done and I'm almost finished with shopping, too. Though I firmly believe everyone needs a little something to unwrap, gift cards are a wonderful thing!
Most of you know this has been a difficult year for me due to a severe case of pneumonia that lasted from February until the end of April, then the healing finally began. There have been a few setbacks, but I am getting stronger and healthier every day. I want to thank everyone who sent me such wonderful notes of encouragement and prayers—you all been a wonderful inspiration to me and I am anxious to get back to my writing full time and to updating my website.
I also want to thank everyone who has asked me when Trey Blackhawk's story will come out. Due to so much writing time lost, Trey's story won't be out for awhile, but I plan on keeping you updated on my site with what's going on in the Blackhawk family. There are two weddings to plan, a baby shower (are Jacob and Clair having a boy or a girl?) and the Blackhawk family continues to grow, bringing more romance, more scandal and more SECRETS!
AND NOW—ON TO THE PRIZES!
